Computex taipei 2018

Computex 2018, biggest computing show of the year, has kicked off on June 5th 2018. The biggest names in computing have come to Computex 2018, which runs from June 5 until June 9, including AMD, Intel, Nvidia and Asus. In addition to Computer, software, Telpo brings our smart cash register, which conveys the theme of “Ubiquitous Intelligence”.

COMPUTEX 2018 focuses on six major topics and provide exciting elements in forums and competitions.

With the increasing popularity of topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and big data, we have seen more commercial applications of these technologies in retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and banking. This year, hot topics such as "5G" and "Blockchain" as well as "AI" , "IoT", "Innovation and Entrepreneurship", and "Gaming and VR" are still the focus. 

In 2018 COMPUTEX, blockchain and 5G were added as new theme for the first time, with AI, Internet of Things, innovation and entrepreneurship, and gaming and virtual reality technologies in four different venues (Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 and Hall 3 and Taipei International Convention Center) invite local and international suppliers to work together to create a new future for the technology industry.

COMPUTEX 2018 is open from June 5th to June 9th. COMPUTEX 2018 collected 1,602 exhibitors from 30 countries and used 5,015 booths. The COMPUTEX Forum put forward the “ubiquitous intelligence”. Industry leaders from Taiwan and overseas shared their insights on technology trends and innovated into the future IT field.
